Daily Cleaning Procedures
- Complete cleaning and disinfection of all treatment rooms
- Sanitization of waiting area furniture and surfaces
- Cleaning and disinfection of all exercise equipment
- Floor cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants
- Bathroom sanitization multiple times throughout the day
- Door handles, light switches, and other high-touch surfaces wiped down regularly
Between Each Patient
- Treatment tables thoroughly cleaned and disinfected
- Fresh linens and towels provided for each patient
- All equipment and tools sanitized
- Therapy aids and props disinfected after each use
- Staff performs hand hygiene before and after each patient interaction
What We Ask of Our Patients
To maintain a safe environment for everyone, we kindly ask all patients to:
- Use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility
- Arrive at your scheduled appointment time (not too early)
- Reschedule if you're feeling unwell or experiencing any illness symptoms
- Bring your own water bottle if desired
- Follow any posted safety guidelines in the facility
If You're Not Feeling Well
If you're experiencing symptoms of illness (fever, cough, congestion, etc.), please contact us to reschedule your appointment. We offer flexible rescheduling options and appreciate your consideration in helping us maintain a healthy environment for all patients and staff. We also offer virtual health/telehealth options for continued care.
Infection Control Training
All staff members at Optimum Physio Therapies receive ongoing training in infection control and prevention. We stay updated on the latest CDC guidelines and best practices in healthcare facility management to ensure we're providing the safest possible environment for our patients.
